The purpose of this Promotion is to award customers a free exclusive mothering jewellery bag with purchases of €150 or more on the ARISTOCRAZY website (https://www.aristocrazy.com) (subject to availability).
3. GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE
This Promotion is international, with the exception of Spain, Portugal, and France (the promotion does not apply).
4. START AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on May 11, 2025, and will end when the available stock of the gift runs out.
5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements are as follows:

d. The promotion is exclusive to online purchases made through the official ARISTOCRAZY website and is not applicable in physical stores or other sales channels.

b) The customer may opt out of the gift, but under no circumstances may they request its exchange for another item or cash.
c) The gift is available while supplies last.
d) ARISTOCRAZY reserves the right not to replace the gift with another, whether due to a lack of stock or any other cause arising during the Promotion period.
e) The gift will be delivered exclusively for purchases of €150 or more made on the ARISTOCRAZY website.
7. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If the participant does not meet the requirements established in these Legal Terms, their participation in the Promotion will be void and they will be excluded from it.

10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The Sweepstakes Rules are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute that may arise from the promotion, ARISTOCRAZY and the participants expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
