Orders valued at EUR 119 or more will include free delivery.
Here is the shipping option:
• Home delivery
Home deliveries will be made through a transport company outside Aristocrazy which undertakes to deliver the order to the delivery address within an approximate period of:
- 5–9 days for shipments in the EU (including Iceland, Norway and Switzerland);
- 7–10 days for shipments to all other European countries outside the EU;
- 15 days for shipments to the rest of the world.
If your order is in transit, no address changes can be made. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact email@example.com and we will help you.
It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.
In times of promotions and high volume of orders, delivery times may be slightly affected.
* Special Christmas conditions: we extend the return terms until January 10, 2022 for orders placed after December 1st till Christmas Day.

All return costs must be taken care by the customer.
At Aristocrazy, we offer two return options:
- Return in the same payment method: for all orders placed from December 1st, 2021 you can request it up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Once we have it in our warehouse, we will process the refund in the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
- Return to GIFT CERTIFICATE: A good option in case you want to change a gift, a ring size or just if you prefer another piece of jewelry. You can request it up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Once we have it in our warehouse, we will send you a code corresponding to the amount of the returned part (s) to the email you provided to us. This code is valid for one year and remember that it can only be used in our online store.
Finally, in the case that you choose to make a return in the form of a GIFT or if you do not have a Customer Area, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the following information:
- Order number
- Return reference
- Type of return you want
