What are the shipping costs for an order?

For all European Union countries, shipping costs are free for purchases over 119 €. For purchases below this amount, shipping costs are 6,95 €.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union the shipping cost will always be 25 €.

We will send you two emails, one notifying you that the order has left our warehouse and the other with the tracking number and the shipping company.

Store Pickup (C&C)

Store pickup is free of charge. We will send you an email notifying you of the arrival of the product at the chosen store. The product may remain in the store for a maximum of 15 days.

To pick up the product, the owner or an authorized person may go to our authorized stores, presenting the ID card or the purchase confirmation email.

 

To which countries do we ship and what is the delivery time of an order?

Shipping times may vary depending on the country or delivery zone:

  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Uk. From 3 to 9 days. Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungarym Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia.
  • From 5 to 9 days. Chile, USA, Canada, Mexico. From 7 to 15 days.

In special seasons or campaigns, shipping time may be extended due to high demand.

 

Can the order be sent to another person?

The order can be sent as a gift to another person indicating it in the purchase process. We always send our jewelry in a special package perfect for gift giving.

 

RETURNS

What is the deadline for making a return?

If you wish to make a return, you have 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item. All returns are free of charge.

The first 15 days you can request a refund in the same payment method or request a GIFT Certificate with the equivalent value of the order. After the first 15 days, the form of refund will be in GIFT Certificate.

 

How is a refund processed?

There are several options for processing a refund:

Aristocrazy Store

You can go to any of our authorized stores and deposit your jewelry there.

Pick up at home - Purchase from Aristocrazy account (registered)

Log in to your customer area and go to Orders. Select the item you wish to return and a carrier will pick up the package within 24-48 hours.

Once we receive the order, we will proceed with the refund.

Pick up at home - Purchase as a guest

Contact the Customer Service Department by e-mail at customersupport@aristocrazy.com to indicate:

  • Order number
  • Address or authorized store*
  • Email
  • Teléfono
  • Phone Reference to return
  • Type of refund

A carrier will pick up the package within 24-48 hours.

Once we receive the order, we will proceed with the refund.

No returns will be accepted if the jewelry belongs to the Iconos collection or if has already been modified: size adjustments and/or engraving. Remember that the jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, well protected.

 

How do I prepare the return package?

Place the jewelry you wish to return in a box and be sure to close it properly.

You don't need to print any ticket, the courier will pick up your package on the scheduled day.

 

What is a Gift Certificate?

The Gift Certificate is an online voucher in the form of a code that we send to your email once the return process has been completed.

The code is equivalent to the amount of the returned jewel/s and is valid for one year for online purchases at www.aristocrazy.com. You can enter it during the purchase process.

 

What are the costs of a return?

All returns are free of charge.

 

How long does it take to receive the reimbursement?

Once we receive your return and check that everything is correct, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days, depending on the bank.

 

Is it possible to request a change?

If you do not like a piece of jewelry or if it is not your size, it is not possible to exchange it for another item.

You can return the product free of charge and place a new order.

Can I cancel an order?

Once the order is completed, it is not possible to cancel it. You will be able to return it, once you have received it.

 

How to check the status of an order?

If you have placed the order from your account, you will be able to see the status from "Orders". You will also receive an email from the shipping company with the shipping code to check it from their website.

If you have placed the order as a guest, you will be able to check its status once you receive the email from the shipping company with the shipping code to check it from their website. This email usually arrives within 24 working hours after the purchase.

How does financing work with Sequra?

This is an interest-free monthly installment payment (0% APR). For financing, you will need your ID card, cell phone number and a card to make the purchase.

Sequra gives you the possibility to:

  • Pay in installments of 3, 6, 12 or 18 months at no additional cost.
  • Pay only the first installment when placing the order.
  • Advance the total or partial payment whenever you want.

This payment method is unique to the Aristocrazy Spain website.

 

How does financing work with Klarna?

Payment in 3 interest-free installments (0% APR). For financing, you will need your ID, cell phone number and a card to make the purchase.

Klarna gives you the possibility to:

  • Automatically pay in 3 installments.
  • Pay only the first installment when placing the order, the next two will be charged automatically every 30 days.
 

If the purchase amount is over 1000€, is it necessary to send any documentation?

At the end of the purchase we will send you an email informing you that, in order to process the order, it is necessary to send a copy of your ID card on both sides in color, nationality and profession due to the law of prevention of money laundering.

If you have Spanish nationality, remember that the only valid document for this purpose is the DNI, not being possible to accept the passport.

How do I choose the size of a ring?

At Aristocrazy we work with odd sizes from 9 to 17 in most of our rings.

The 18kt gold rings can be purchased in any size, being a custom ring. For this type of jewelry, go to one of our physical stores.
