What is TA-TU, the Endless Chain?
TA-TU, The Endless Chain is a jewelery experience where we create a jewel made to measure for the client on their skin. These are two styles of chains made in 14kts Gold that can be welded on the client's skin (wrist, ankle, neck or waist), ensuring that the size fits perfectly to each body and physiognomy.
Where and when can I live the experience?
You can currently live the experience in our stores in Madrid: C/ Gran Vía, 26; C / Goya, 6; El Corte Inglés in La Castellana and El Corte Inglés in Sanchinarro, Madrid. C/ Colón, 42, Valencia. Av. Libertad 20, San Sebastián, El Corte Inglés in Málaga and Oviedo CC. Parque Principado. Soon we will bring this experience to many more stores and cities. What material are they made of?
TA-TU, The Endless Chain it's made of 18 kt gold.
What happens if I need to remove the jewel due to an operation, travel or any other circumstance?
If you need to remove the jewel for any reason, we recommend that you do so delicately and carefully by cutting it (by the small ring that joins the two parts of the chain, to keep the chain intact) with scissors. If you wish and want to be TA-TUada again, call our Customer Service phone number +34 91 575 71 80 or subscribe to our Newsletter in the footer of our web and we will keep you informed of the current location of the TA-TU experience. (PVP new welding €10).
Do I need to book an appointment?
There's no need.
Hurts?
Absolutely nothing! Remember that we weld the jewel protecting your skin and in no case will you feel anything, only the emotion of doing it.
Can I buy the chain before?
No, you will choose and buy the model when you arrive at the store.
Does it give me problems in an airport?
No. We have traveled with our TA-TU bracelets and have never had any problems. As a general rule, it is never necessary to remove fine jewelry for security purposes at airports.
Will you make TA-TU bracelets in Silver?
Unfortunately not. Silver is less durable than gold, and would not stand the test of time that we want our TA–TU chains to have. But maybe one day, we'll release new white gold styles for fans like you. What is 18 karat gold?
18 karat gold has 18 parts of pure gold to 10 of alloy of other metals, which gives it a purity of 60%.
Can I add charms on the chains?
We do have 18 kt charms, gold numbers, enamel numbers and colored stones.
