"MOTHERING" LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTIONAL COMPANY
ARISTOCRAZY S.A, with address at Calle Gran Vía 40 Bis, tercero, 48009 Bilbao and NIF: A48231146 organizes
the "Mothering" promotion (hereinafter, "the Promotion") nationwide.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
The purpose of the Promotion is to reward Aristocrazy customers by giving them a promotional gift, consisting of a decorative bag (flower carrier), depending on the purchase conditions, channel, and time period established in these Legal Bases.
3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The Promotion will be applicable in the following areas:
- National (Spain): Applicable in peninsular territory, excluding Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, as well as ARISTOCRAZY corners located in El Corte Inglés stores and the Glovo channel.
- International: Applicable exclusively to purchases made through the official ARISTOCRAZY website (https://www.aristocrazy.com), provided that shipping is to territories where the global online sales service operates.
4. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will be valid from April 20, 2026, until May 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM, or until the gift
stock runs out.
5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be as follows:
Individuals over 16 years of age residing in Spain may participate, excluding residents of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Customers who, between April 20, 2026, and May 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM, make a purchase at the participating establishments specified in point c) or through the channels
included in the Promotion may participate.
The mechanics of the Promotion will vary depending on the purchase channel and the specific period:
a) Online channel (official Aristocrazy website):
Throughout the promotional period (from April 20, 2026 to May 3, 2026), customers will receive the promotional gift on purchases over €200, while supplies last. The amount to be considered will be the total of the purchase; this requirement will not be considered met when the sum of several smaller purchases reaches said amount.
b) Aristocrazy physical stores (offline channel):
- From April 20 to April 29, 2026 (inclusive), customers will receive the promotional gift with any purchase from the Mothering collection, while supplies last.
- From April 30 to May 3, 2026 (inclusive), customers will receive the promotional gift on purchases with a ticket amount over €200, while supplies last. The amount to be considered will be the total of the purchase; this requirement will not be considered met when the sum of several smaller purchases reaches said amount.
Promotion valid for online purchases on the Aristocrazy website (https://www.aristocrazy.com) and in physical Aristocrazy stores. The promotion does not include corners located inside El Corte Inglés centers, the Glovo channel, or stores located in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
6. PROMOTION AND GIFT CONDITIONS
a) To participate in the Promotion, the customer must make a purchase, applying the provisions of section 5 above, regarding the requirements and mechanics of the promotion.
b) The gift of the Promotion consists of a flower holder (decorative bag, with or without flowers, depending on what is indicated in section 5 above).
c) In certain selected stores, the gift may include natural flowers as a complement, at no additional cost to the customer, during specific dates of the Promotion. In the stores located at Calle Goya 6 (Madrid), Avenida Diagonal (Barcelona) and Seville, during May 2 and 3, 2026, the gift may include natural flowers as a complement, subject to availability in store.
d) The delivery of the gift in physical Aristocrazy stores will take place immediately after the purchase by the customer, while supplies last.
e) The corresponding gift will be sent together with the order placed by the customer, when the purchase has been made through online channels (Aristocrazy website).
f) The customer may waive the gift, but in no case may request its exchange for another or for cash.
g) Only customers who comply with all the requirements established in these Legal Bases will be awarded the corresponding gift.
h The gift is available while supplies last for each sales channel established in section 5, included in the Promotion.
i) Aristocrazy reserves the right not to substitute the gift offered for another, either due to lack of stock or for any other unforeseen cause during the validity of the Promotion.
j) Aristocrazy reserves the right to modify the conditions of the Promotion for justified causes, committing to communicate such modifications with due anticipation.
7. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES.
If the requirements set forth in these Legal Bases are not met, your purchase will be considered void and you will be excluded from the Promotion.
8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The company responsible for processing your data is Aristocrazy S.A., with registered office at Calle Gran Vía 40 Bis, tercero, 48009 Bilbao, and identified with tax ID A48231146.
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable Spanish regulations, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to their personal data being processed for the purpose of properly managing the promotion and delivering the prize to customers who meet the requirements established in these legal bases. The legitimacy of the processing is given by the free and express consent of the interested party, which is understood to be granted by their participation in this promotion and acceptance of these Legal Bases, and by Aristocrazy's fulfillment of its obligation to the prize winner. The data will be processed and stored for the time necessary to manage the promotion and delivery of the prize.
No data will be transferred to third parties except when legally obliged. This processing does not involve international data transfers to third countries.
We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing, data portability, and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by contacting our DPO at dpo@aristocrazy.com. The interested party also has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. Likewise, without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AEPD), should they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in accordance with current data protection regulations.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROMOTION RULES
The simple act of participating in this commercial action implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Legal Bases.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Prize Rules are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute that may arise from the prize, ARISTOCRAZY and the participants expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao city, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
