What are the shipping costs for an order?

Wedding bands are made to order, and the estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks.

For Spain, shipping costs are free for purchases over €149.
For purchases under this amount, shipping costs are €4.95.

For France, shipping costs are free for purchases over €179.
For purchases under this amount, shipping costs are €8.95.

For international shipments, shipping costs are free for purchases over €199.
For purchases under this amount, shipping costs are €12.95.

For shipments to countries outside Spain and Portugal, the shipping cost will always be €25.

We will send you two emails: one notifying you that the order has left our warehouses and another with the tracking number and the shipping company.

This service is free. We will notify you by email when your order is available at the selected store. You will have a maximum of 15 days to collect it.

The purchase holder or an authorized person can collect the order by presenting their ID or the confirmation email at our authorized stores.

Which countries do we ship to and what is the delivery time for an order?

Shipping times may vary depending on the country or delivery area.
All deadlines indicated are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or special campaigns, shipping times may be longer due to high demand.

Can the order be sent to someone else?

Your order can be sent as a gift to someone else by indicating this during the checkout process. We always send our jewelry in special packaging, perfect for gift-giving.

Returns

What is the deadline for making a return?

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order
to request an exchange or return. All returns are free.

During the first 15 calendar days, you can request a refund using the original payment method or receive Store Credit for the corresponding amount.

After the first 15 days, returns will be exclusively processed via Store Credit.

If your order was a gift, the return can be managed through a Gift Certificate: a code that we will send by email to the recipient, with the corresponding amount and valid for one year for online purchases.

For returns or exchanges of purchases made in physical stores, you must go to one of our stores.

For purchases made at El Corte Inglés points of sale, you must go to one of these points.

Can I change an online order?

Yes, you can make the exchange at any of our authorized stores (*).

*Garbera (San Sebastián), L'illa Diagonal, Ercilla (Bilbao), Seville, Majadahonda, Puerto Venecia (Zaragoza), Las Rozas Outlet (Madrid), La Cañada (Marbella), San Sebastián, Zielo Pozuelo, Santander, Pamplona, Artea (Bilbao), Plenilunio (Madrid), Moraleja Green, Goya 6 (Madrid) and Gran Vía (Madrid) stores.

You have 30 days from receipt of the order. You only need to present the invoice, and our team will manage the exchange on the spot.

If the amount of the new item is lower, you will be given the difference in a voucher with no expiration date, valid exclusively in store.

If you do not have a store nearby, you can manage a return with home pickup.

How do I arrange a home collection for a return?

We offer a completely free home return service.

Go to "Account" and enter the email address you used to place your order. From the order details, you can request a return.

Once the request is received, our Customer Service team will review it and send you the necessary labels for collection.

Once the order arrives at our warehouses and is validated, we will proceed with the refund.

If you wish for the collection to be made at a different address, you must request it by email at customersupport@aristocrazy.com

How do I prepare the return package?

Place the jewelry you wish to return in a box and make sure to close it properly.

We'll send you a link with the NACEX label, which you'll need to stick on the box. The courier will pick up your package on the scheduled date.

What is a Store Credit?

Store Credit is an online voucher in the form of a code that you will receive by email once the return process is complete.

It is equivalent to the value of the returned items and is valid for one year for purchases on our website. You can enter it during the purchase process.

What are the costs of a return?

All returns are free of charge.

How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days, depending on the banking institution.

Can I return a perfume?

We only accept returns of perfumes that retain their original packaging and have an unopened seal.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of unsealed or used products will not be accepted.

How does financing work with Sequra?

This involves paying monthly installments with no interest (0% APR). To finance your loan, you'll need your ID, mobile phone number, and a credit card to make the purchase.

  • Pay only the first installment when placing your order.
  • Advance payment in full or in part whenever you want.

This payment method is unique to the Aristocrazy Spain website.

How does financing work with Scalapay?

Pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments (0% APR). To finance your purchase, you'll need your ID, mobile number, and a credit card.

Scalapay gives you the ability to:

  • Automatically split payment into 3 or 4 installments. *A service fee of €1.39 applies.
  • Installments will be automatically charged to the payment method used.

How to use a digital gift card?

You can enter the gift card once you add a product to the basket and during the checkout process, put it in the "discount code" field.

  • Choose the jewelry you want to return, add a pickup address, select how you want to receive the money, and fill in the reason for the return.

A carrier will pick up the package within 24-48 hours.

Once we receive the order, we will proceed with the refund.

What is the difference between signing up for the newsletter and creating an account?

Quality assurance

Punching on special parts

For parts where it is not technically possible to comply with the punching requirements (whether by punching or plate), the "grade" of the metal and the ARISTOCRAZY identification will be indicated with a label.

3-year manufacturing warranty

Aristocrazy complies with European consumer regulations and offers (3) three-year warranty on its products for manufacturing defects.

All Aristocrazy jewelry and watches come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or hidden flaws.

We are pleased to inform you that Aristocrazy has an after-sales service for its customers, so you can take your item to your nearest point of sale to see the item and have it audited in person.

It is essential to bring the purchase receipt in order to apply the warranty terms.

If you don't have it, the 3-year warranty on your jewelry has expired, or it is not covered by the warranty, please note that the service has a cost.

Regarding prices, you will be informed in store as it depends on the repair the jewelry needs, provided the repair is possible.
