ARISTOCRAZY DIAMOND
The Aristocrazy diamond is pure attitude. A precious stone that maximizes your personality, whatever your style.
Only the right amount of pressure and heat, over a process lasting millions of years, can crystallize a piece of carbon into what will be the hardest, most brilliant stone of all: the diamond.
CUT (Size)
Cut refers to the way facets interact with light. Diamonds with perfect proportions, symmetry, and polish optimize their interaction with light, and exhibit greater brilliance, fire, and sparkle.
The GIA (Gemological Institute of America) classifies diamond cuts on a Symmetry scale from best to worst:
Excellent · Very Good · Good · Acceptable · Poor
Aristocrazy only selects Excellent and Very Good cut diamonds.
Diamond cut is the only quality affected by human intervention. At Aristocrazy, we ensure that the hands that cut our diamonds are imbued with experience, expertise, technique, and skill to maximize their brilliance.
The most recognized cut for diamonds is the brilliant cut, composed of 57 or 58 triangular and diamond-shaped facets, arranged to optimize their brilliance and light return.
CLARITY (Purity)
Diamond clarity measures a diamond's purity and uniqueness. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grades diamond clarity on an 11-point scale, ranging from Flawless and Internally Includeless (FL/IF) to Visibly Include (I1, I2, I3). These categories are based on the ability to see inclusions—the traces that nature leaves in a diamond during its crystallization process—under 10x magnification.
Truly pure diamonds (without inclusions) are very rare; most diamonds have natural inclusions that are imperceptible to the naked eye and do not affect their beauty.
At Aristocrazy we always create our jewelry with VS1, VS2 and SI1, SI2 diamonds, with white inclusions and never close to the center of the diamond or table.
COLOR
Color refers to the natural hue inherent in white diamonds. Most white diamonds have a slightly yellowish hue; the more colorless the diamond, the more exceptional and unique it is.
The standards for grading them are based on a reference pattern, where the diamond is graded from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow).
Aristocrazy only accepts colorless and near colorless diamonds (D, E, F, G, H and I).
