We design and manufacture our jewelry using artisanal processes, working exclusively with precious metals such as sterling silver and 9K, 14K, and 18K gold, and precious stones selected individually by our expert gemologists of natural origin, with the exception of our opals, which are lab-grown.

CAREFUL

Before wearing your jewelry, check the clasp and the setting of the stones to avoid loss.
Handle your jewelry with care.
Protect jewelry from impacts, even diamonds can break or scratch in case of repeated blows or impacts.
Avoid contact of your jewelry with perfume, creams, cosmetics, cleaning products, and other chemicals.
Remove jewelry when showering or washing your hands.
Don't wear your jewelry in the ocean or pool; salt water and chlorine can damage it, causing it to lose its shine.

CLEANING

Clean your jewelry regularly with a chamois. If it contains stones, for optimal cleaning, it should be cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaning technique.
Once a year, take your jewelry to your nearest store to have it checked, cleaned, and given back that unique shine with a bath for silver pieces and a polish for gold pieces.

HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELRY?

Don't leave your jewelry stacked to prevent scratches.
It is advisable to store your jewelry in a velvet bag.
Store them in a cool, dry place, away from humid areas.

CAREFUL

If it is not watertight, we recommend not getting the watch wet.
Avoid contact of the watch with perfume, creams, cosmetics, cleaning products and other chemicals.
Don't wear bracelets on the same wrist and try not to sleep with it on to avoid scratching it.
We recommend inspecting our watches between the first and second year to verify the battery and movement are working properly and to ensure they are watertight.

ARISTOCRAZY WATCH WARRANTY

Your Aristocrazy watch is guaranteed for two years under the terms of this warranty.

The warranty on your Aristocrazy watch covers defects that may arise from manufacturing defects that exist at the time of purchase, under the terms established by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

The warranty is only valid if you present the purchase receipt and the warranty certificate duly completed, stamped, and dated by an official Aristocrazy store at the time of purchase.

During its validity and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate under the specified terms, your watch will be repaired or replaced by Aristocrazy under examination and decision of Aristocrazy Technical Service.

The following are expressly excluded from this warranty:

Damage resulting from improper use of the watch.
Watches that have been tampered with by personnel outside the Official Aristocrazy After-Sales Service and that have been altered beyond our control, as well as the use of inappropriate batteries.
Alterations and damage caused by corrosive acids and other products.
Normal wear and tear and aging of the watch's appearance.
The battery change.
Loss or theft.

WATCH SPECIFICATIONS AND USAGE TIPS

WATERPROOFNESS: Your Aristocrazy watch is water resistant to 5 atmospheres (50 meters). If the case is opened for battery replacement or other tampering, have the water resistance checked at an Aristocrazy retailer.
ANTIMAGNETIC: The module of your Aristocrazy watch may be temporarily affected by strong magnetic fields, slowing or speeding up the watch's performance. The watch will resume normal operation when the magnetic field has ceased to exert its influence.
AVOID STRONG SHOCKS: Your watch can withstand movements and shocks that can occur in normal life, but not extremely strong shocks.
AVOID CHEMICALS: If your watch comes into contact with products such as gasoline, nail polish, adhesives, or paints, discoloration, deterioration, or damage to the case, bracelet, or other components may occur.

Punching Regulation on Special Parts: For parts where it is not technically possible to comply with the punching requirements (whether by punching or plate), the "grade" of the metal and the ARISTOCRAZY identification will be indicated with a label.
