In-store pickup is free . We'll send you an email notifying you when the product arrives at your chosen store. It can remain in the store for a maximum of 15 days.

What is the deadline for making a return?

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive it. All returns are free of charge.

Within the first 15 calendar days, you can request a refund using the same payment method or request a STORE CREDIT equivalent to the order. After the first 15 calendar days, the refund will be processed via STORE CREDIT.

How do I prepare the return package?

Place the jewelry you wish to return in a box and make sure to close it properly.

We'll send you a link with the NACEX label, which you'll need to stick on the box. The courier will pick up your package on the scheduled date.

What is a Store Credit?

STORE CREDIT is an online voucher in the form of a code that we send to your email once the return process is complete.

The code is equivalent to the value of the returned jewelry and is valid for one year for online purchases at www.aristocrazy.com. You can enter it during the checkout process.

What are the costs of a return?

All returns are free of charge.

How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

Once we receive your return and verify that everything is correct, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 days, depending on the bank.

Can a change be requested?

If you don't like a piece of jewelry or it's not your size, it's not possible to exchange it for another item.

If the purchase amount is greater than €1,000, is it necessary to send any documentation?

Upon completion of your purchase, we will send you an email informing you that, in order to process your order, you must send a color copy of your ID card, including your nationality and profession, due to the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

If you are a Spanish citizen, remember that the only valid document for this purpose is a National Identity Document (DNI); a passport cannot be accepted.
