Nuestros métodos de envío son las siguientes:
- Envío a domicilio.
- Envío a tienda: Click and Collect.
Los envíos son gratuitos por comprar superiores a 99€ y los plazos habituales de entrega son:
- Península: 1-2 días.
- Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Portugal y Andorra: 3-4 días
Devoluciones
Las opciones de devolución son las siguientes:
- Devolución en el mismo método de pago.
- Devolución en Store Credit.
Nuestras devoluciones son gratuitas. Podrás solicitarlas a través de un mensajero en la dirección que escojas o en nuestras tiendas autorizadas.

Cuida tus joyas
Tus joyas
- Manipula tu joya con cuidado y quítatelas para lavarte las manos.
- Antes del uso comprueba cierre y engaste de las piedras.
- Limpia tu joya con regularidad con una gamuza.
- Lleva tu joya a tu tienda más cercana una vez al año para que la revisen, la limpien y le vuelvan a dar ese brillo con un baño para las piezas de plata y un pulido para las de oro.

How to know the size of a ring?
Wear one of your rings
- Choose a ring that fits your finger well
- Measure the internal diameter with a ruler as shown in the image.
Make sure you measure it from 0mm. - Please check the measurement in the table below to find out the Aristocrazy size:

Measure your finger
- Use a string or a strip of paper.
- Circle the finger you want to put the ring on and make a mark where the ends meet.
- Stretch the string or piece of paper flat on a ruler and measure the length to the mark. This will be the inside diameter measurement.
- Please check the measurement in the table below to find out the Aristocrazy size:
