LEGAL BASIS FOR “MOTHERING”
1. PROMOTION ORGANIZING COMPANY
ARISTOCRAZY S.A, with registered address at Calle Gran Vía 40 Bis, 3rd Floor, 48009 Bilbao, and CIF (Tax ID Number): A48231146, is organizing the “Mothering” promotion (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) nationwide.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
The purpose of this Promotion is to reward Aristocrazy customers for purchases equal to or greater than €150 through established channels, while supplies last.
3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
This Promotion is nationwide (Spain), excluding the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
4. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on April 28, 2025, and end on May 4, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be as follows:
a. Those over 16 years of age who reside in Spain are eligible to participate, except for residents of the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
b. Those who, during the period (from April 28, 2025, to May 4, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.), make a purchase at all participating establishments specified in point c), with a ticket value greater than €150, while supplies last, are eligible to participate. The total purchase amount will be considered valid if the sum of multiple purchases totaling less than €150 exceeds €150.
c. Promotion valid for online purchases on the Aristocrazy website (https://www.aristocrazy.com) and physical Aristocrazy stores. Corners located inside El Corte Inglés stores and stores located in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not eligible for this promotion.
6. PROMOTION AND GIFT CONDITIONS
a) To participate in the Promotion, the customer must make a purchase with a ticket value greater than €150, while supplies last.
b) The Promotional gift consists of a one-size-fits-all short-sleeved T-shirt.
c) The gift will be delivered in physical Aristocrazy stores immediately after the customer's purchase, while supplies last.
d) The corresponding gift will be sent with the customer's order when purchased online (Aristocrazy website).
e) The customer may opt out of the gift, but under no circumstances may they request its exchange for another gift or for cash.
f) Only customers who meet all the requirements established in these Legal Terms will be awarded the corresponding gift.
g) The gift is available while supplies last through each sales channel established in section 5 c).
h) Aristocrazy reserves the right not to replace the gift offered with another, whether due to a lack of stock or any other cause arising during the Promotion period.
7. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES.
If the requirements set forth in these Legal Terms are not met, your purchase will be considered void and you will be excluded from the Promotion.
8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The company responsible for your data is Aristocrazy S.A., with registered office at Calle Gran Vía 40 Bis, 3rd Floor, 48009 Bilbao, and CIF: A48231146.
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file owned by this company, for the purpose of managing the Giveaway, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the prize.
We inform you that you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Objection, Restriction of processing, Portability, being forgotten, and not being subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to dpo@aristocrazy.com.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in compliance with the regulations, as well as if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROMOTION RULES
The mere fact of participating in this commercial action implies the pure and simple acceptance of these Legal Terms.
10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The Giveaway Rules are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute that may arise from the Giveaway, ARISTOCRAZY and the participants expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
